 Carol M. Warkoczewski, AIA, MSOLE knows the design and construction business! She has almost 30 years of leadership, design, construction, and project management experience.
Carol is the CEO of Construction Information Solutions, owner of Synergy Builders, and Founder and Executive Director of the Institute for Leadership in Capital Projects (I-LinCP).
With experience working as a project manager and executive within the Owner's capacity at the University of Texas System-OFPC, and at FIATECH, as well as in architectural practice before that, and as a consultant and project team and leadership facilitator, Carol understands the unique challenges faced by project teams to have effective communication strategies, transparency and accountability.
